Has my order been shipped?
We prepare the orders as fast as possible so that they can be shipped quickly. Orders are usually prepared within 24 hours, although we may experience an occasional delay when there is a large influx of orders. But when your order is prepared and ready to be shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email contains a link to track your order in real time. So it’s important to check your mailbox regularly (inbox and junk mail) :).

Where do you ship from? And how long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders are shipped from Florida and Standard shipping usually takes 2 to 6 business days from the day it is shipped to arrive to its final destination (depending on the address).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside.
Can I cancel my order, or make changes to it?
We package orders very quickly which means that we cannot make changes or cancel them once they have been confirmed. Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery option, the delivery address or the flavors of the meals. You still have the right of return to send your package back to us and get your money back. :)
What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

There is a wrong or missing item in my package, what should I do?
If there is an error: Each order is prepared manually so it may happen that mistakes are made. Send us, by mail, a picture of the products received by mistake with the delivery note (on the same picture).
If a product is missing: Contact us! Mistakes can happen. :)
Why haven't I received the confirmation of my order?
Remember to check your spam and junk mail. If it's not there, perhaps you made a small typing error when ordering? In any case, nothing serious! Contact us and we'll send you the email again :).

How does the So Shape Challenge work?
Replacing two meals a day with a meal replacement for weight control may help with weight loss as part of an energy-reduced diet. Thus, 2 of the main meals of the day must be replaced by So Shape meal replacements to allow weight loss.¹ In addition to these two meals, you should maintain a sufficient daily fluid intake (water, of course! and/or teas and herbal teas without sugar, honey or other sweetening ingredients that add unnecessary calories). Furthermore, it is obvious that in the context of a low-calorie diet, you will need to supplement your diet with other sensible foods that will allow you to have a balanced free meal!
What does taking 2 So Shape meal replacements actually do for you? In terms of: Calories => about 450 - 500 kcal, which is about 25% of the amount of calories needed on a daily basis. This allows you to have a real free meal, well balanced and a daily calorie-intake lower than usual, which makes weight loss easier. Vitamins & Minerals => each Meal Replacement contains 12 Vitamins and 10 Minerals, in order to provide essential nutrients.
Is it only to lose weight ?
The idea is to fill up on nutrients without the unnecessary calories, so you don't need to lose weight to be concerned! Can I do a Challenge while I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Always consult your doctor or other healthcare professional before starting a new diet or meal replacement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing. We can't advise the So Shape Challenge to mothers-to-be... We also can't recommend starting a So Shape challenge while breastfeeding, either. Even though So Shape Meal Replacements are concentrated in good things, these are sensitive times where you cannot restrict yourself. However, you can still have an occasional Smart Meal if you are feeling peckish and in order to have a guilt-free treat!
Is it possible to switch the free lunch with the dinner?
We recommend eating So Shape meals in the morning and evening for a better distribution of calories. It's recommended to eat lighter at dinner time, in order to sleep better at night and avoid storing excess calories. We'd be lying to ourselves by saying that it's in the evening, in front of the TV, that we are the most active ;) However, if occasionally, you can't do otherwise, of course, you can switch. The goal is to replace 2 meals a day and keep one meal free!
Can I switch the water with milk?
You can occasionally replace the water with skim milk or soy milk, especially in the morning. This will not change the effects of the method very much, but it will add a few calories! In order to limit milk as much as possible, you can try: 50% water and 50% milk. ;)
Can I replace my 3 meals of the day with So Shape Meals?
Don't just eat smart meals! You wouldn't have enough calories for the day. If you have an eating disorder, it is important to consult a healthcare professional.¹ So Shape's Challenges are designed for light weight loss. They are not made to become a sustainable eating pattern intended to replace the way you eat on a long-term or exclusively. As a reminder: Replacing two meals a day with a meal replacement for weight control may help with weight loss as part of an energy-reduced diet. What should I have for lunch during the Challenge?
Ideally, for the best results, you should eat a healthy balanced lunch: - A good amount of protein, preferably from leaner white meats - 4 to 5 tablespoons of cooked starches - As many vegetables as you like. Keep the fat and sugar as low as possible for dessert, like a dairy product with 0% fat or some fruit. We post plenty of delicious and quick recipes on Instagram to help you!
What are the Open Foods?
Still hungry after your Smart Meal? Or feeling peckish during the day? Check the list of Open Foods ;) You will find it in your Challenge Guide. The Open Foods are free for you to eat, whenever you feel hungry during the Challenge.
Can I eat fruits during the Challenge?
Fruits are full of vitamins! But from a nutritional point of view, many contain lots of sugar. That's why they aren't part of the Open Foods, although you are totally free to eat them at lunchtime during the Challenge.
Is tea, coffee or infusion allowed during the Challenge?
Good news! You can keep on drinking tea, coffee and herbal teas during your Challenge! You can add some skimmed milk, soy milk and also almond milk. But of course, avoid adding any sugar to it ;)
Do the meal replacements have an expiration date?
Our meal replacements have a shelf life of approximately 18 months. The date indicated under the fold of each individual unit, is not at all a use-by date.
It is important to note that once the package is opened, it needs to be consumed within a couple of days (max: 2-3 days, except if mixed with water it needs to be consumed within a day).
Can I do multiple Challenges in a row?
There is no problem having the So Shape meals over a long period of time! We only recommend that you take a 3 to 5 day break between two challenges to boost your metabolism, and to consult a healthcare provider in case of eating disorders. We do recommend to see a healthcare provider before beginning the program, to make sure everything is okay healthwise.¹ It's necessary to keep a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

I'm lactose intolerant, can I still do the Challenge?
If you are lactose intolerant, always consult your doctor or other healthcare professional before deciding to take our products. Our products are extremely low on lactose. On average in our Meal Replacements you will find: 6g of lactose in the sweet flavors & 3g in the savoury flavors. Which means that even if you are lactose intolerant - and not allergic to milk - our Meal Replacements shouldn't harm you. At So Shape, we follow the latest scientific advice of the National Institute of Health (NIH): Research suggests that many people could have 12 grams of lactose—the amount in about 1 cup of milk—without symptoms or with only mild symptoms. For those who would like to know a little more: So Shape Meal Replacements contain a mix of vegetable protein sources, i.e. pea proteins, but also milk proteins. It's the perfect combination which provides essential amino acids. The lactose you find in your Meal Replacements comes solely from those milk proteins. So, Meal Replacements are extremely good for you... and they don't contain any GMOs, conservatives or other mysterious additives!
Are the So Shape Meals Gluten Free?
The only Smart Meals that contain gluten are the hot meals: Macaroni & Cheese flavor, Macaroni & White Cheddar Cheese flavor, Arrabbiata flavored Pasta, Veggie Bolognese flavored Pasta, Truffle flavored Pasta and Chili Sin Carne.

How to prepare your sweet shakes?
IMPORTANT: - Don't put your shaker in the microwave or in the dish-washing machine - Do not use your shaker to mix powder with boiling or very hot water
Here is the recommended method to prepare the sweet flavored shakes: pour 350 mL of cool water into the shaker, add the powder to it & shake it all together! You can also enjoy these flavors warm: in this case, pour the whole mix into a bowl and put it in the microwave. Be careful not to boil it. You could destroy the vitamins and change the texture of your shake.
How to prepare your hot meals?
For the hot meals: fill your shaker with water using the graduated gauge on the shaker. Your should dose water accordingly: 120ml for Macaroni & Cheese flavor and Macaroni & White Cheddar Cheese flavor, 150 mL for the Arrabbiata flavored Pasta, 160 mL for the Veggie Bolognese flavored Pasta and 140ml for Truffle flavored Pasta and Chili Sin Carne. Pour the water and the pasta / rice in a bowl, heat for about 4 min 30 sec in the microwave on high, without covering. Finally add the powder in the bowl and mix it with the cooked pasta / rice and the cooking water.
If you want a slightly more liquid texture, you can always add a little more hot water to loosen the sauce in your hot dish (just a little ;)). If you would like the fusillis to be more "al dente", you can reduce the cooking time to 3min30.
Always be sure that your meal is cooked thoroughly before enjoying.
How to prepare your hot meals without a microwave?
Bring water to boil in a small saucepan. Add the pasta or rice and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Then drain the pasta/rice and put the pasta or rice in a bowl. Add a few table spoons* (as indicated bellow) of hot water and mix with the powdered preparation.
*9 to 10 tbs for Veggie Bolognese flavored Pasta 6 to 7 tbs for the Arrabbiata flavored Pasta 5 to 6 tbs for the Truffle flavored Pasta and Chili Sin Carne. 4 to 5 tbs for the Macaroni & Cheese flavor & Macaroni & White Cheddar Cheese flavor PS : You can add a few more table spoons if needed.
